Casuelle+nfu-oh 40= love
The other day I was swatching this Casuelle polish, that I picked up from Nille. And as it turns out, the price of it should have tipped me off. It has a horrible consistency, and is so hard to get a smooth and shiny look with. But I loooove the color with my skin tone, so I will probably be wearing it again some time anyway:
But after I had swatched it, I looked over at my untrieds, and somehow I ended up with this crazy combo:
And I just love how Nfu-Oh #40 looks with it. It is definantly a contrasting color, but somehow I think it works. So of course, as allways with flakies, I had to make it matte:
What do you think? Is the combo horrible or adorible?
Jungle Me swatch
Jungle Me from H&M, is a bright green creme polish, with silvery green shimmer in it. I acctually think the shimmer kind of distracts from how awesome this green is, so I whish there was no shimmer in this one. But it is a great polish anyway. This is two layers, topped with Posche topcoat:
What do you think?
Swagga Like Us swatch
Deborah Lippman`s Swagga Like Us is a golden and green duochrome. It is quite streaky, so in the picture below I have sponged on the last layer. I could probably have done another sponge layer, to even all of the streakyness out.
All in all this is a really beautiful polish, if you can be bothered to do some sponging on top.
H&M Blue swatch
I don`t usually like string glitters, but there was something about this one, so I decided to give this one a try, after walking past it a couple of times. And I have no regrets! This is two layers on top of MaxFactor Cobalt Blue:
The strings are holographic, and they shift colors at the slightest move of your hand. So this is one of those polishes I just ended up staring at from every angle and in every light.
MaxFactor Cobalt Blue swatch
I have been wanting this blue so bad, I have pretty much been drooling on it every time I saw it in a store. So when it was on sale the other day, there was no question. It was coming home with me! Cobalt Blue is a cold blue creme polish, that is perfect during the colder months of the year… But I would wear it anytime!
Bling it up!
I wanted to do something more with «It`s Meant To Be», so I started doing this stamp mani, and it ended up looking like this:
And even if I do like the way it turned out, the beautiful flecks in H&M Active Blue made me hungry for some more bling. So then this happened:
Yeah, some might say that I went a little overboard with all the rhinestones? Oh well, I wanted bling, so I made it blingy, ha ha.
